Happy October friends !
I like this month for many reasons. One, for its not so hot, not so cold weather here in India. Second, for the festive and celebratory feel all around. And third(and personally most special reason): it's my daughter's birthday month. :)
Although we don't celebrate Halloween here, but for someone who has grown up reading Harry Potter and the likes, it sure is one occasion that has always intrigued us as kids :)
Today I'm sharing a Halloween-themed card made using the Chapter 3 release die from sizzix.co.uk. It's known as Sizzix Thinlits- Witchcraft die set designed by Tim Holtz.

Isn't this die fabulous ? It comes as a set of 3 dies, one is the 'witch' that you can see on my card, the other is a template die for stars and there's also a 'cat' die which I didn't use here.
I masked and sponged a portion of the card using distress inks( spun sugar, abandoned coral, seedless preserves, faded jeans, black soot)
Sentiment is hand-written as you might've already guessed. Love that quote ;)
